• All orders placed before 9pm GMT will be shipped out the same day (or next working day if you place your order on a Sunday/bank holiday). Orders placed after 9pm will be shipped the next working day.

    Depending on which delivery option you select at checkout, UK delivery can take between 2 - 7 working days. You can track your order on our delivery portal or alternatively use your tracking number on the couriers direct website.

  • If you’re not satisfied with your item(s) and need to make a return, simply submit a request on our returns portal and wait to receive email confirmation from us containing the return instructions.

    Please note - If you wish to make a return, you must submit a returns request within 7 days of receiving your order. If you submit a returns request after 7 days of receiving your order, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • All orders placed before 9pm are shipped out the same day, so it is unlikely we will be able to cancel your order. If you do want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@threadsonline.co.uk and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

    Please note, if your order has left our warehouse by the time you request a cancellation then we will be unable to cancel your order and you will still be liable for any shipping/return costs.

  • Yup! All items stocked & sold at Threads are 100% authentic & brand new. We are fortunate enough to work with valued suppliers who are able to source our stock at trade price.

  • If you would like to exchange your order for another size or colour, please email your request to sales@threadsoline.co.uk with the subject as ‘Exchange’ followed by your order number. We will then get back to you with further instructions.

  • All major credit/debit cards are accepted including (but not limited to); American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Apple Pay, PayPal and PayPal Credit are also payment options available at checkout.
